Equipment dealer groups promote OPE Flat Rate Guide at GIE+EXPO
The Equipment Dealers Association (EDA), in cooperation with United Equipment Dealers Association (UEDA), will be showcasing an exciting tool for equipment dealers at this year’s GIE+EXPO. The online outdoor power equipment Flat Rate Guide (OPE FRG) is interactive and provides dealers with a platform to find and report OPE flat rate repair times with more accurate information than what is currently available from OEMs.
With this information, dealers can increase their productivity and profits and improve customer relations. The new system, developed in partnership with, and powered by, Charter Software, Inc., and with data incorporated in conjunction with Bob Clements International, includes an API that will work with most dealer management software systems. EDA and UEDA will be sharing a booth in the Dealer Resource Center at GIE+EXPO, and Charter Software will be presenting live, on-demand demonstrations in the booth. Attendees can purchase the OPE Flat Rate Guide, which includes logins for up to four users, for a show special price of $499 (association members) or $699 (non-members)*. Regular pricing is $599 for association members and $999 for non-members. Representatives from EDA, UEDA and Charter will be present to answer questions.
