Redline Equipment was formerly Archbold Equipment. Rebranded to the Redline name in 2017, the company was founded by four local investors as an International Harvester Dealership. It has grown from a single location to a total of 12 locations and continues to be a shareholder company with 190 employees. Redline Equipment carries Case IH, Kubota, Kinze, Cub Cadet, Kongskilde, Great Plains and assorted other product lines.

Hetterick began his career with AGCO in Duluth, Ga., as a product distribution coordinator. He also worked at Ohio Cat in Troy, Ohio, and CNH/Case IH in Racine, Wis., before accepting the position of CEO with Redline Equipment in 2015.

It is his goal to help the Association continue to find its footing in the age of dealer consolidation, and to ensure value is added to both the association and the dealer network.
