2019 UEDA Convention registration now open

The United Equipment Dealers Association (UEDA) announced that registration is open for the 2019 UEDA Convention. The event will be held February 12, 2019 at the Crowne Plaza Airport hotel in Louisville, Ky.

The 2019 UEDA Convention will feature a “Looking Forward” manufacturer panel, as well the following speakers:

  • Morning workshop with Rex Collins, CPA, CVA dealer industry group director, HBK CPAs & Consultants
  • Industry luncheon with Curt Blades, senior vice president ag services, A.E.M.
  • Investing in Key Employees with Conner Bland, account executive, Federated Insurance

Monday, February 11, 2019

3 p.m. – Board of directors meeting

6 p.m. – President’s Reception and Dinner (open to any dealers/exhibitors arriving on Monday)

 

Tuesday, February 12

8 a.m. – Convention registration opens

8:30 a.m. – “Good Morning” Breakfast

9:30 a.m. – For the ladies: “Playing with Fire” (Hand-blow your own glass Christmas ornament at Hyland Glass; includes breakfast, lunch and shopping).

9:30 a.m. – Welcome from the UEDA president, Dan Booth, Booth Machinery, Crawfordsville, Ind.

Mergers, Acquisitions, and Business Succession: What’s Your Plan?: Rex Collins, CPA, CVA, HBK CPAs, Greenwood, Ind.

10:45 a.m. – “Visit the Exhibits” and door prize entry time

11:30 a.m. – Annual business meeting (UEDA President Dan Booth presiding).

12:30 p.m. – Industry luncheon (open to all) On the Doorstep of Transformation: Curt Blades, Sr. VP, Ag Svcs, Associated Equipment Manufacturers

2:30 p.m. – Door prize drawing, courtesy of the convention exhibitors

2:45 p.m. – “Looking Forward” Manufacturer Panel (Bill Hurley, AGCO Corp.; Joe Miller, Case IH; Darren Havens, John Deere; Todd Stucke, Kubota Tractor Corp.; Bret Lieberman, New Holland; Kim Rominger, moderator)

4 p.m. – “Visit the Exhibits” and refreshment break

Wednesday, February 13

9 a.m. – National Farm Machinery Show opens at Kentucky Fair & Expositions Center

6 p.m. – UEDA reception for exhibitors (dealers welcome) at Kentucky Fair & Expositions Center
