Rotary announces national sales awards

Rotary Corporation recognized several team members for outstanding performance in sales and leadership during the company’s national sales meeting in July at Amelia Island, Fla.

The Duke Award, named in honor of the company’s late founder, Duke Harvey, was presented to Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Mark Smith. The recipient was applauded for consistently displaying “competitive and positive efforts” to ensure continued growth and success at Rotary during the past year.

Rodney Collins, John Howley, David Kaip, Bill Parker and Pete Toth were the recipients of outstanding sales awards. Each was commended for achieving excellence in sales and dealer support.

“Our sales team has been instrumental in the growth and success of our independent dealer network,” said Ed Nelson, president and CEO of Rotary. “Our sales representatives are committed to building strong relationships with our dealer partners to improve their profitability through sales promotions, preseason incentives and growth initiatives. Servicing dealers are the backbone of the outdoor power equipment industry and our sales team builds powerful partnerships with dealers to ensure their long-term success.”
