Hustler Turf Equipment announces distribution change in California

In an ongoing effort to better serve its authorized dealer network and grow its distribution, Hustler Turf Equipment announced Dec. 2 that Power Trim Co. Inc. has been named its exclusive California distributor. Power Trim will provide whole goods, accessories, parts, and customer service from its facility in Cypress, Calif.

“Everyone at Hustler is very pleased to partner with Power Trim’s team,” said Fred Schmidt, director of sales for Hustler Turf. “This is an exciting opportunity for Hustler and Power Trim, and we both expect great things moving forward.”

The Power Trim Co. got its start in the early 1950s as a manufacturer of lawn edgers and currently operates out of its facility in Cypress. The company is a leading supplier of gas-powered lawn edgers both in the United States and abroad. In 1986, Power Trim Co. entered into the distribution game and began handling a line of zero-turn mowers, as well as other lawn and garden products over the years.
