American LandMaster dedicated to limiting disruption during facility move

As the target date for completing the facility consolidation of American LandMaster approaches, the focus is on limiting disruption in sales and service.

“The goal from the time this decision was made was to make it a seamless transition,” explained Keith Wells, director of sales & marketing for American LandMaster. “We’re working with an hour-by-hour schedule of the move from Fort Wayne, IN, and Roseland, LA, to Columbia City to keep the disruption to a minimum.”

When American LandMaster opens for business on Monday, Oct. 23, it will do so from its newly consolidated corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility located just east of Columbia City, Ind. American LandMaster has invested significantly in the facility, updating manufacturing processes, and employing almost 100 people.

“It’s not just a change in location, it’s a change in culture,” added Pat Morello, CEO of American LandMaster. “When we say American LandMaster’s vision is ‘making your life easier,’ we mean that. But to do that, we first had to make our corporate life simpler and easier. The decision to consolidate and relocate wasn’t an easy one, but it was one we had to make to ensure that moving forward the American LandMaster brand represented the innovation and dedication to quality our customers’ demand.”

The Fort Wayne facility will continue operations through the day on Friday, Oct. 20, before communication services are switched over to the new facility in Columbia City. Customer service inquiries may still call the toll-free number (800-643-7332) that day from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m. EDT.
