BOB-CAT, a Johnson Creek, Wis.-based manufacturer of commercial-quality turf mowers and a brand of Schiller Grounds Care, Inc., has introduced a 42-inch TufDeck mowing deck for its CRZ residential zero-turn mower. The new deck joins the 48-, 52- and 61-inch decks on the CRZ, giving homeowners more options to fit their mowing tasks. The 42-inch deck specifically benefits those with smaller properties or tighter spaces.
Like the current CRZ TufDeck options, the 42-inch deck features a Double Wave baffle system and heavy-gauge reinforced steel, and it includes a new extra-large discharge chute. The mower also showcases a Quick-Lift foot pedal and high-quality design and components for reduced maintenance.
Recent updates to the BOB-CAT CRZ lineup have made it even more efficient and affordable. The changes included a new seat assembly with armrests and seat adjustment, a redesigned rear bumper, and an updated footplate profile.
It’s geared toward homeowners who want to mow with professional-grade equipment, boasting an impressive Kawasaki FR651V engine with a 6-gallon fuel tank. It excels at mowing large- or small-acreage properties, with a 7-mph mowing speed.
“Homeowners deserve to have a high-quality zero-turn mower, and we’re committed to giving them more options to fit their needs at a great price,” said BOB-CAT Product Manager Ron Scheffler. “The new 42-inch CRZ mower gives them a unique combination of exceptional power and performance in a more comfortable and manageable package.”
BOB-CAT stands behind the durable, agile CRZ with a 5-year/500-hour Mow With Confidence limited warranty.
